Four Onion Goat Cheese Pizza
For this recipe, I wanted to celebrate the many shades of onions. By combining these four different varieties with a generous serving of fresh goat cheese, one could not dream up a more agreeable smattering of toppings.

Garlicky Artichoke Pizza
This pizza is simple and delicious. Resist the urge to put more veggies on it. Let the artichoke shine! OK, and the garlic I guess.

The Best 3-Cheese White Pizza
I crave New York Style pizza all of the time! When we visit New York City, I head straight to get a big slice of New York pizza. I end up ordering a slice of pepperoni with red sauce and a white pizza with ricotta cheese to get a taste of it all!
We are huge fans of this Best 3-Cheese White Pizza because it has layers of flavor. Who doesn’t want to eat warm bread topped with a bunch of cheese? It is my kind of heaven. When I make this Pizza Bianca, I literally have to hide a few slices to save for Dean so he has something to eat when he gets home from work. My kids fight over the pizza slices!
White Pizza Recipe
We have been a pizza making family for many, many years now. One of my daughter’s first favorite foods was pizza. And today, pizza is my youngest’s favorite thing that I make.
But when it comes to pizza night, the kids always choose the same. Cheese for one, pepperoni for the other.
Not that I think there is anything wrong with cheese pizza. Or with pepperoni pizza. But sometimes you need something a little extra.
Like garlic and rosemary brushed over your crust. And then topped with 3 different cheeses. And a little red pepper flake for a hint of heat.
Yes, this is my kind of pizza night.

- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper
- Fresh basil leaves

Stretch dough into a 13-inch round on a pizza peel topped with parchment paper.
Spread with ricotta, leaving a half-inch border. Top with Fontina and mozzarella. Drizzle with olive oil and season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Using the pizza peel, slide the dough along with the parchment paper onto the pizza stone and bake until the bottom is well browned and the cheese is bubbling.
