RECIPE PREPARATION Asparagus salad with ham:
Boil quail eggs in water with a little salt, approx. 8 minutes. Cut the asparagus into small pieces. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters. Add to the chopped asparagus. Meanwhile, cut the ham into pieces suitable for a mouthful and fry in a little olive oil. Remove on an absorbent napkin, after cooling add to the mixture of asparagus and eggs. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve cold. Good appetite!
